Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We offer hand delivery across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida. We do not currently deliver to Ghaziabad or the farther reaches of Noida. If you're unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, message our team on WhatsApp before ordering, and we'll be happy to confirm.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 pm. Please note that same-day orders take approximately 4 to 5 hours to arrive, so an order placed at 4 pm may be delivered between 7 pm and 8 pm.
Q: Can you help with last-minute hosting or events?
A: Yes, many of our same-day orders are for last-minute hosting and gatherings. Order before 3 pm, and we'll have something beautiful at your door the very same day.
Q: Can I get flowers delivered at midnight?
A: Yes, midnight delivery is available as an add-on for ₹1,300 across the same areas we cover for standard delivery.

Q: How do I care for my flowers?
A: Trim the stems, change the water regularly, and keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Place them in a cool space, but away from the direct blast of an air conditioner.
